Expression of Interest (Eol)

Legal Services for GIZ in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

GIZ is a federally owned enterprise operating worldwide, assisting the German Government in achieving its policy objectives in the field of international cooperation. It offers demand-driven, tailor-made and effective services for sustainable development worldwide. In Tanzania and across the region GIZ supports the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania and the EAC in attaining their development goals.

GIZ Tanzania is looking for a legal firm/company ideally located in Dar es Salaam to provide following different services in implementing different bilateral projects in the United Republic of Tanzania.

  • Legal Advice, Information and Recommendations
  • Arbitration, Mediation, and Third-Party Services
  • Lawsuit and Document Preparation
  • Negotiating with Other Parties
  • Representation in Court and Legal Settings

GIZ would request interested firms/companies to send their Expression of Interest (Eol) together with the following documents:

DETAILS OF DOCUMENTS

Your documents must consist of the following information:

  • A clear physical and Contact address(Telephone number, email address, physical address).
  • Company Profiles
  • At least 3 international organisation referees
  • Business Registration Certificate/ Trade license if applicable.
  • TIN / VAT Registration Certificate if applicable

After evaluation of Eol, GIZ may contact the selected companies for further process.

Submission of Eol

Please submit your Eol document to tz_quotation@giz.de (tz underscore procurement at giz dot de) latest by the 09.07.2024.
